The store clerks were very helpful in picking out the tux styles! Our bridesmaid dresses were a very unique and hard to find color- a dark teal. And they were able to special order ties for the groomsmen that were perfect! Their promotion was great too. We were able to allocate the costs of the two free tuxes throughout the rest of the bridal party to make the cost cheaper for everyone.

I selected the tuxedos for my wedding from Black Tie Formalwear on Irving Park and was extremely pleased with my experience.  The tuxedo selection was excellent, the customer service was superb, and the onsite tailor made sure my tuxedo fit just right.  I looked fantastic on my wedding night, if I may be so bold.  The fact that Black Tie has multiple locations throughout Chicagoland made it easy for my groomsmen to get fitted for their tuxedo at a location convenient for them.  Finally, as the groom, my tuxedo rental was gratis.  Its good to be the King.

My son needed a last minute tuxedo so I went to Black Tie since it is located in my neighborhood.  They were very efficient and accomodating.  I was very impressed by how they went out of their way to get our outfit together so quickly especially being that I was only renting one suit as opposed to it being a big money making order.  Great customer service and amazing fit.  5 stars!

We visited Black Tie and were impressed by the service off the bat. We heard of so many issues with Men's Warehouse that we just wanted to go a different route. I originally met them at a bridal show and booked an appointment to utilize a discount from the show. I believe it was a free tux for every 6 or something along those lines. H chose the most expensive tuxes-a new Calvin Klein design and the price was still only about $130ish I believe. There were no mistakes with orders and everyone looked fab!

They were professional and really respected our time. They gave us the full attention we wanted and needed to find my groom the perfect tux. He looked amazing on the day of the wedding! We rented all the tuxedoes for the groomsmen and the groom from Black Tie formalwear and we were very happy with their services. Since we rented 4 groomsmen tuxes, the groom's tux was free and we had a package where our invitations were 50% off which was a great deal. I thought the people at Black Tie couldn't have been better. They have stores close to all of our guys. We got a really nice Calvin Klein tuxedo which the guys loved and the people were all very helpful and friendly. Even for the two guys we had come in from California. (they had sent in their measurements) said everything was perfect. They have a much better selection than the other places we looked at and we got our invitations for half price! I'll recommend them to everyone I know.

I just wanted to let everyone know how great this place was. I got married a couple of weeks ago and just got back from my honeymoon and wanted to do this before I forgot. From the moment I walked in the door until my best man returned the tuxes, everything was great. The staff was welcoming and took their time to make sure everything was taken care of. I had some cousins come in from NY and they were able to measure them and get the tuxes the way I wanted, and they came in the day before the wedding. They even came to the church and replaced some items that got dirty and we forgot at the house. They were fast, efficient, had an awesome selection, and had a great price. I recommend this company to anyone that needs a tux. They are the best!!! Thanks guys and gals, you made a hectic day easy to deal with and not once did I get the feeling that I wasn't important. Sam is the best! He spent alot of time with us making sure we liked what we picked. The tuxedos were absolutely stunning. He even went out of his way to meet my father in law on the side of the road to bring him his tuxedo the night before the wedding ! I'd recommend this place to anyone.
